WOMOREADY

Telemetry · WiFi · Assistant — for rental fleets

No numbers.Answers.

WOMOREADY gives your rental company a live picture of every motorhome — and gives your renters answers before they reach for the phone. The vehicle explains itself; the fleet speaks up before something fails.

Example — your renter’s page

You have 12–14 hrs of power left. Nearest hook-up: 18 km.

Gas will last 2–3 more days — at your usage, in this weather.

Front-right tyre: 2.8 instead of 4.5 bar.

SMS

Everyday life at a rental company

A house on wheels — driven by someone who doesn’t know it.

The calls

Half of all questions are answered by the manual. Every call costs fifteen minutes — often on a Sunday afternoon.

The preventable failures

A leisure battery drains for three days before the customer sits in the dark. None of it is sudden — it’s just that nobody sees it.

The disputes

Scratches, mileage, return time: without data, the debate ends in a bad review — or in lost money.

The handovers

Handover and return are the most expensive hours of the week — stacked onto Saturdays and Mondays.

The system

Two services, one system.

A small box in the vehicle, a few wireless sensors, a platform behind them. The same data serves two very different people.

For your renters: peace of mind

  • “How long will the power last?” — answered before it’s asked
  • An assistant around the clock, in their language
  • WiFi in the vehicle — if you choose to offer it
  • One button for “something’s wrong” — position and status travel along automatically

Free for the renter.

For you: control

  • The whole fleet on one screen — who’s ready for handover, without walking the yard
  • A warning before the failure, not after
  • Mileage and engine hours logged automatically, per rental
  • Data for every discussion at return

€29 per vehicle per month.

The measurements

What the vehicle measures.

Around twenty values, live, over wireless sensors — no touching the factory systems. We only read. We never write.

Energy

  • Leisure battery: state of charge
  • Voltage, current, consumption
  • Solar yield
  • Shore power and load

Comfort

  • Fridge temperature
  • Cabin temperature and humidity
  • Gas level
  • Water tank levels

Safety

  • Tyre pressure and temperature
  • Starter battery voltage
  • Engine fault codes
  • Coolant temperature

Position

  • Location and route
  • Mileage per rental
  • Engine hours
  • Geo-zones

Beyond thresholds

One number is ambiguous. Two are a diagnosis.

What we see

Shore power is connected — yet the battery isn’t rising.

What it means

The charger is broken. Not the battery.

The right technician sets off — with the right part.

What we see

Three vehicles lose shore power at the same moment.

What it means

The breaker at the base tripped — not three vehicles.

You find out at two in the morning. Not at eight.

What we see

Tyre pressure drops slowly, over days.

What it means

A slow leak — not a blowout in the making.

Changed during planned downtime. Not on the motorway.

Eleven fridges hold five degrees. One holds nine.

The fleet itself points out the odd vehicle — no threshold needed. Same for ageing batteries and creeping consumption. No single-vehicle system can do this. It takes a fleet.

The assistant

It doesn’t know motorhomes. It knows this motorhome.

Which model, which fridge, which heating, what the manuals say — and what state the vehicle is in right now. In German, English, Greek, French and Italian.

The renter

Why isn’t the fridge cooling?

Any chatbot

Please check that the appliance is switched on and adequately ventilated.

Womoready

The battery is at 34% — the inverter switched off two hours ago. Run the engine for half an hour or find shore power: the nearest hook-up is 18 km away.

And just as important: the limits.

  • No instructions for gas or the 230-volt mains. There: a phone number, nothing else.
  • Same after an accident or damage — call, don’t tinker.
  • Critical warnings are fixed texts translated by humans. Never machine-generated.
  • When it doesn’t know, it gives your number — and sends you the full context along with it.

Notifications

SMS only when it’s urgent.

Sent immediately

  • Tyre pressure dropping while the vehicle is moving
  • The battery will be empty within hours
  • A fault code that limits engine power
  • The vehicle is moving outside the rental period

Waits on the page

  • Fresh water at 30 percent
  • Gas at 20 percent
  • Battery at 40 percent
  • Anything that can wait

One SMS per incident, nothing at night unless it’s an emergency, at most two per rental — if it takes three, it takes a phone call. The return checklist arrives the day before, on the same channel.

The videos

45 seconds of video instead of fifteen minutes on the phone.

How the heating starts. Where the fuses are. How to empty the cassette. Filmed once per model — and served by the vehicle itself.

  • Plays with no signal — even in a bay with no coverage
  • Uses no data volume: stored in the vehicle
  • The assistant links the right video straight in its answer
  • Shortens the handover: the renter has already seen it

More than telemetry

The whole rental day, in one system.

The sensors are half the story. The other half: the work every rental company does every day — organised in one place.

Handover & return

Protocol with photos, checklists and signature — right on the phone.

Damages

Every scratch documented, with history per vehicle.

Maintenance, tyres, parts

Deadlines, changes and stock — nothing lives in someone's memory.

Documents

Insurance and paperwork with expiry dates that speak up on their own.

Mileage & routes

Captured automatically per rental — billing included.

Renter page via QR

The renter scans and has everything: status, guides, help — in their language.

WiFi packages

If you offer WiFi: packages, prices, activation — automatic.

Office assistant

Answers from the knowledge of your own fleet — manuals included.

Where we are

Pilot phase. Looking for our first partner fleets.

The technology runs in our own vehicles — now we’re looking for rental companies who want to see the difference in their own fleet. Honest pilot terms, a direct line to the people building it.
